DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Shunan can't sleep well at night thinking about his country's situation, his feelings for Seimiya, and how to deal with it all. But Seimiya can't reciprocate Shunan's feelings because she was taught that protecting the purity of her sacred bloodline is more important than what she feels. Damiya is also making his moves on her since it's totally "acceptable" in order to protect the bloodline. But Ial is investigating about that attempt at taking the Queen's life, and he already suspects that someone is pretending to be the Saigamul as a cover to try and plot the Queen's assassination while stirring up the country's internal turmoil. And there is also the situation with the Touda eggs, so someone is definitely making their move. |
