I've dropped this anime, as I have a lot of anime. However, it has the potential to come back into consideration if it's an effective iyashikei. It's only ever iyashikei (Hidamari Sketch, Yuyushiki and Shirobako) and KyoAni shows (K-On, Kobayashi's Maid Dragon, Sound! Euphonium) I ever regretting dropping after a lackluster first episode.

It'd be great to get an Iyashikei based on a predominately male cast, so I'd greatly appreciate it if this was one.

EDIT: Forgot that Tanaka-kun exists.

If you feel comfortable while watching it and genuinely enjoying it then it can be iyashikei without any problem.

That's a fair point.

I guess what I'm looking for more specifically, is a group of friends that can depend on each-other like a married couple.
