I still think 3 episodes is a little rush to adapt this arc but oh well. This episode was fine, the next episode is the real thing where its at. Really hope they don't screw up his big debut and comeback. I want to see Ye Qiu back on stage !! XD |

| Not a big fan of this show,but it was a fine start. Art and animation are still the factors which are carrying this show for me. |

| It's good to see this show is back, but it's shame it's only three episode. Some things are going to rushed. The animation looks fluid, but the art seems off to me. Those two duels were pretty cool. |

| I'm not digging the new character designs, I like the previous one better(Although alot of characters look alike in there). Especially Yifan, he was my favorite character in S1.. Not I can't take him seriously with that haircut. |

| I somehow like this designs better (for most of the characters), they seem to have more facial expressions, especially YX, who had a bit too much of a resting face in S1. The pacing is a bit fast, or am I just used to the novel where they repeated every chapter how the characters are prepared by the organizers, unless the players especially say they want to play with their own. Also they didn't really mention really mention what and how the All-Star weekend works. |

| I kinda like the new character designs for this OVA, even though it has some inconsistencies. Liked how the girls looked, especially the short-haired one. Still though, having a hard time distinguishing the guys; specifically the captains as two of them looked almost the same as the MC. 3 episodes after a year of wait feels not enough for me. I just hope it won't feel rushed. Liking what I'm seeing so far. |

| I don't mind the change in art and the minor changes in the character visuals, but I REALLY don't like the changes to the face off the MC both to the person, and to his avatar. The first episode went well otherwise |

| That was pretty awesome. While I like the new visual style I think I prefer the older character designs. Feels like they changed the character design a bit too much. I did not expect Tiny Herb's captain to set up such a compelling win for his rookie, that was really awesome. The captain really deserves respect for wanting the best for his team. Poor Yifan though, he picked the wrong opponent. :( Wonder if Ye Xiu will play in this tournament. |

| AAAAAH it is finally there! So happy! I think the new style is ok. Not so much different from before. Solid quality overall, despite low res frames here and there. However it feels like they cut out too much from the book. They did not explain much about Yifan choice and why he lost. He lost because Ghostblades have two major builds - Phantom Demon and Sword Demon. First is strong as support and second is good in 1v1. He challenged the strongest Phantom Demon player. But the guy got scared and prepared and Sword Demon character, which he does not play usually. He did it to be able to play 1v1 effectively. However Yifan went with his support Phantom Demon build and lost because of it. The Pro guy just was too careful because of the pressure and chose better 1v1 build. Thus Yifan got rekt so hard. PS: everyone should read the book, it is so good! There are so many details and adventures there. |

| Goddamnn the episode was so epic!! Beautiful animation and art - the virtual reality stadium was amazing and the fight was nothing short of spectacular. Only let downs were the painfully low framerates and minor character design changes - couldn't recognise Ye Qiu's online character. Looking forward to the next few episodes, hopefully God Qiu' takes the stage! 8.5/10 |

| I don't understand why people aren't liking the new art style. I personally find it to look amazing and much better than Season 1's. Season 1 had reused animations and even some errors, and weird-looking CGI. |

| Can't say I like the new art style. It looks too generic. I can probably get used to it, though. Story is still good and I'm interested to see what happens after this All-Star arc. I've read the light novels and loved them, so I hope the anime keeps up the good work. |

| This new studio did a good job, I didn't keep track of the change but I did notice as soon as the episode started. I would like to see more of this type of storytelling and excecution for future shows. |

| Super excited that they are making more episodes after Season 1, even if it's an ONA, but I'm also sad that it's only three episodes. I wasn't too keen on the change in art style but I've gotten used to it at the end of the episode. I think Ghost Blade looked a lot nicer in the first season. The animation is pretty good and the action is great. Story is good and it was interesting to see Wang Jiexi use the battle to improve the morale of his teammate. It's also cool to see Ye Qiu's analysis of the battles. Also, I'm still laughing at how blatantly obvious McDonald's product placement is. |
