Okay then first of all lets make it clear that Nanana is not dead and the one to stab is Shiki Maboro. Of course it would seem I am not making any sense. Shiki Maboro found the treasure to make the person immortal if he/she is stabbed with, but she didn't wanted to test it on herself so she chose Nanana. She intended to return Nanana back to normal but before that the treasure was stolen never to be found again and due to that guilt she never left her side. And as we all know that every treasure has some kind of setback and that was the result of Nanana current condition.

Some were also interested in knowing about Saki Yoshino a.k.a. Yun so I may tell that as well. Actually some people speculated it but they never found it that she is a doll although she herself is not aware of it.

Shiki Mabora is the landlady that drinks a lot of alcohol right? So she decided to test the treasure and Nanana became immortal? and the setback is her being stuck in that room? btw, do the MC and nanana get together in the novels?

Is this confirmed through the light novel or are you just making speculations?

In the last novel there's a pic of someone that looks like Shiki Maboro with 2 rifles pointed at her head, but their eye color is different so idk. Also in the last image Nanana is wearing different clothes.

Guys, let's not forget the biggest mystery of them all: Why is she playing Terraria? This game was released three years prior to this and this anime being based on a novel means just one thing -> a bit rushed and elements from different genres reused. Also, wth her being not completely dead is kinda like Pirates of The Caribbeans, where they were kinda dead, but actually cursed. But also dead... and cursed...

kinda necro but i guess its worth posting it here

alright so after stuggling a lot i found out enough trustable spoilers to satisfy me

the Nanana'ghost we know is not actually the true Nanana, she is a "copy" created through Oboro Shiki desire to Negakana after discovering the truth behind Nanana's death (Negakana is a god like being that can make peoples wish true, at some cost, she is localized in one of the dungeons)

the true Nanana killed herself to pay the cost for her desire to Negakana, which was "to give a chance" to all the students of Nanae Island, i'm not sure what that really implies, but it probably refers to all that dungeon system they have, which gives hopes and dreams for all students, but TLDR she gave her life for the good of everyone else in the island

about the ending, Nanana almost vanishes, but she manages to avoid it thanks to a divine beast-like friend we never knew of, maybe they introduced it later in the history, his name is "Ketekete" she then manages to leave the dormitory, she gets a bit deppressed about being a false Nanana, but soon recovers and goes on exploring dungeons and recovering Nanana's collections, but after meeting with Negakana she find out she only has about 2 or 3 months left

she then start to focus in doing things the true Nanana couldn't do, she proposes that they choose a king for the island in a meeting of some sorts, and just after that Juugo goes to confess his feelings to her, she blushes, becomes confused and surprised and then flee away, and thats it...that kind of "you guys decides what happen next" ending

thats what i found in JP Wiki, i was not certain i interpreted right the fact that she had only 2~3 months left, but i managed to find the LN in JP and confirm it because of this sentence after Juugo confess his love to her, "for a brief moment Nanana started to hesitate about the fact that she would disappear" probably because she had stopped caring about that and decided to do whatever she could with the rest of her time, but as soon as he confessed to her and she also realized she loves him, she couldn't bear the fact that they could't be together for too long

Dps de ficar uma semana procurando o manga desse anime eu finalmente vou conseguir ficar em paz.No caso eles poderiam lançar outros volumes já que tem coisas meio vagas para serem explicadas e um final mais completo.
