Where the Manga and Anime Diverge.

For those that didn't know. The manga for this series is not complete. So much so that the anime actually is further along than the original manga.

For that exact point, from where the manga is currently at when the anime finished airing was "Heat 45".
The events of "Heat 45" line up with the events of episode 23 of the anime. With the last two episodes (24-25) being essentially anime originals.

In a twitter post from the author when manga chapter "Heat 45" came out said:

So, in other words, for those that I've seen complaining that the rivalries hadn't played out or romances developed, it is more so that the series is no where near finished. While leaving some more minor things out of the anime, it did follow it quite closely for those first 23 episodes. Sadly, the manga chapters for the series come out very slowly (as it's not a weekly jump series, so no weekly chapters). So it will not only be a long time to get more chapters of the manga, but chances of a continuation of the anime any time soon are close to nil (unless they go completely off on their own story).

Isn't the manga on hiatus as well? I hope it continues soon.

It is not on hiatus. It is just not in a weekly released magazine, so it comes out slower.

The latest chapter actually came out just a couple days ago I believe (with a note at the end of the chapter saying the next chapter is out in April. Letting you see that the chapters come out one every 4 months or so).
