LOL. That's pretty accurate.

It's supposed to be about the truth of Seimei. All about Seimei, but the Anime followed the manga pretty faithfully, and since the manga hasn't finished and they decided to stop where the manga starts to get into all the truth about Seimei, the Anime is basically plotless. Or all about Ritsuka and his struggles. Everything else like the ears, his mother, his brother, etc. are just devices used to make Ritsuka's struggle possible.

Lol. Late response but okay.

Aoyagi Ritsuka's brother, Seimei, is murdered. Ritsuka want to find out what happened and who killed him. Then he meets Agatsuma Soubi, a man who claims to be a friend of his brother. Ritsuka accepts him and offers to take photos(making memories, because Ritsuka has a fragmented memory and doesn't want to forget things.) with him. Then another fighterspair comes, breathless, they expand a battle system(spell battle), do I have to explain that?

The anime stops in the beginning of the manga. If everyone just read the manga you wouldnt have any of the questions that come with only watching the beginning of the plot (what the anime shows) . All the Seimei stuff is brought to light there, and adding on everything else that happens after the anime stops gives it all a completely different meaning actually. The manga is beautiful and amazing so i really hope no one only watches it. Dont miss out on all the other wonderful characters and moments that you wont get from the animation! (:

I agree the plot in the anime was hardly understandible. Its better to read manga although its a shame its not finished even now...
Also I think the creators rushed the anime a bit... Nevertheless you still have to give it a try, its not perfect (but hey nothing is) bu it has its moments :)
