After watching the likes of tsuki ga kirei (which was an absolute masterpiece) and watching just because, i have found myself really liking the atmosphere that both anime has i.e. the drama and realism.

Does anyone know of any anime with the same sort of tone and vibe - not necessarily the same plot and genre if you know what i mean.

It's not exactly the same vibe (there's a little drop of comedy in this) but the plot and the story-telling gives similar vibe.

ps.: although, Just Because is s*** compared to Hachimitsu to Clover. Or more like, Just Because is s*** and Hachimitsu to Clover is great.

Uh, ignoring the part about Tsuki ga Kirei being a masterpiece:

Just Because kind of has that relaxed, sort of realistic and artsy visual novel type of feel to it. It's not very "toony" like, say, your average rom-com or something.

-I'd say Amagami SS for sure. It's the first that came to mind. Seiren is hot trash to me, but if you end up liking Amagami, that's the spinoff.
-Isshuukan Friends? It's been a while since I watched, but I remember it having the same serenity.
-Clannad and the like.
-Maybe Saenai.
-Maybe Nana, but I'd recommend that to anyone just looking for a brilliant anime.
-I'd second Honey and Clover too.

So I'd definitely say look into shows that were adapted from visual novels, because that's probably the best way I can describe the atmosphere or "vibe" in concision.

Also, Tsuki ga Kirei's art style (the colors and the way they highlight the hair and whatnot) and atmosphere instantly reminded me of Hourou Musuko when the PV came out. It definitely has that same calming feel to it, but that show isn't for everyone. If any part of LGBT bothers you, just ignore this one.

Yesss, thats exactly what i mean for the vibe of the series. Seen amagami ss - solid anime. I'll try isshukan no friends but hopefully its not too shoujoish... im not a big fan of shoujo, but ill definitely check it out. I am quite curious about nana tho hmmmm ill do a bit of research on that one and thanks for the reccomendations ~~~
