| Have you tried brushes? They can add some nice effects, like flames which would add to say, Shana's personality. |
| i tried to make a flame lace with pen tool but i failed big time have any vids with help on brush's or pen tools? |

| I usually download brushes off the Internet and use those. Of course, you can always talk to more advanced users on how to make brushes and use those. |

| hmm yea i guess your right i wanted different wings but i didn't get much choice so i chose them for the more fire like ends on the wings i will make another picture soon as i enjoy doing these but first im going to start a brand new club layout with new colour schemes |

| All fun and games. So, if you enjoy making them, go ahead, have a blast. If you don't like it, you shouldn't push yourself to make them, although that doesn't seem to be the case to have fun ^.^ |
| i just wish i had more creativeness :P im not a creative person i love making pictures and effects but i run out of ideas fast so i go on youtube alot and gain new effects then try them out ^.^ what i want to try next is making my own fuzetsu but i got to learn how to make a effect on the floor like and not in the middle of the screen xD |

| Have you tried using many, many, many layers? I usually use at least 5 when using photoshop. 1 for each effect 1 for each object 1 for the background |
| yup i make a layer for everything i add so i can make them stand out or use the overlay effect to create shadows or over-lines |
