Araragi removed one of his shoes to gain more traction & speed to be able to be close to the First before he can swing the sword. First jumps higher to gain more momentum. Araragi got close enough to attached the dispersing talisman to the First which Froze him.)
F: (he was shocked)
G: Meme's.. Oh, so that's how it is. Surprising... This is really beyond my expectations.
G: To think that the rule I set as whoever delivers one blow is the winner would be twisted around so whoever delivers one touch is the winner!

A: (He is shocked as well as afraid of the possibility that Shinobu will choose the First)

S: Seishiro... (scattered part recedes as Shinobu continues to consume them and she began to cry)

A: (He felt at ease when Shinobu started to hint that she have chosen him.)

S: For a little while longer, I'd like to be someone who's there for him. (re-affirming her oath to him.)
A: It wasn't refreshing. It didn't fee good. By being clearly told, it actually made it harder to feel at ease instead. There was no distinct salvation. But, even then, 400 years after he committed it... his suicide had finally succeeded. (he reflects on how the First feels about Shinobu's rejection.)
These Dialog (which includes his back-shadowing question on who he will choose between Hanekawa&Senjyogahara.) confirms/proves that Araragi choose Shinobu out of all the three. It is technically back-shadowing, even though if we arranged them chronologically and disregard that this one is a story told by Araragi to Ougi and regard it as an actual episode shown to us, it will become fore-shadowing.

Now what does all that dialog boils down too?
Without us knowing what it meant when Araragi went to Tsubasa without going to Hitagi. It is shown to us through Araragi's back-shadowing that those events in Tsubasa Tiger were there to answer the question mentioned here

Hitagi was the last or we could even say disregarded because Araragi did not even went to see her and left Kanbaru to deal with it alone.
I understand his decision. After hearing "How AMAZING Hitagi is" to frankly say that "She, 100% guarantees that she would leave ARARAGI if she found somebody better than him". What a BITCH! I can't believe people saw their conversation SWEET and TOUCHING just because of those "I LOVE YOU!" exchanges. Those kind of people are really SHALLOW to the CORE! Shinobu would not do that to Araragi.
Now what were those discrepancy and clarification Ougi was taking about?
It is definitely not the visual discrepancy on what Araragi is wearing. Those are just superficial and are not significant.
Tsubasa was not rejected and it is not because of Hitagi as it was implied in Tsubasa Tiger. Araragi was happy that Tsubasa loves him but could not do what she is asking because of Shinobu.

How come? If you haven't noticed yet. Gaen,Ougi,Kanbaru even Yotsugi have been working hard to let Araragi as well a the audience realize this.
ARARAGI AND SHINOBU ARE ROMANTICALLY IN-LOVE WITH EACH OTHER.
What I don't get is this. After all the things had been SET RIGHT, thanks to the hard work OUGI have done - an honorable KOYOMIST indead, they still have the audacity to give us this garbage.
After the resolution, Araragi meets Hitagi Senjougahara. During this event Araragi didn't see Hitagi because he didn't want to peek into Hitagi's inner self. HE ALSO HAS NO REGRETS FOR HITAGI SINCE HE'S WILLING TO SPEND HIS FUTURE WITH HER. He tells Hitagi about what happened. While they are waiting for the traffic light, Araragi says that sometimes, he thinks about which foot to step forward with once the light turns green. The more he thinks about it, the more reluctant he gets, and it becomes almost impossible to decide. People often think too much, and end up not being able to move forward at all. This reflects how he doesn't know how to move forward after graduating high school. Hitagi laughs, and tells him that if he doesn't know which foot to step forward with, there is an easy way to solve that problem. The light turns green, and Hitagi hops forward with both her feet, and Araragi hurriedly follows suit.

It does not make any sense. How is this even possible? It is possible that some HITAGI FANATIC did the synopsis. The last part about following HITAGI is a big joke even if the synopsis is accurate on this part. Nobody on their right mind would follow a 100% certified natural PSYCHOTIC NUT-JOB. I would rather follow the advice/guidance of HANEKAWA who is SMART(a GENIUS) and extremely INDEPENDENT person.
I won't accept this until the official English translation of the Zokuowarimonogatari is completed. They are still trying to tie Hitagi&Araragi up knowing that if this happens, Araragi would be forced to live and see Hitagi grow old and die.
Half-Vampire kids is out of the question! Shinobu states half-vampires do not belong anywhere (hated by both sides), and consequently will hate both humans and vampires. In the case of Episode, we know that these kids looks like adults even they are less than 10 years old which is odd. For all we know mothers of half-vampires dies after giving birth and it would be a nightmare/unfair for a normal human being like Hitagi to raise this kind of children. Imagine how cruel it would be having Offspring who hates you. To force Shjnobu&Araragi to take-in the children Hitagi leaves behind (after she dies) is unfair especially for Shinobu.
