That doll showed us Akane's body, hot!
Akane riding P-chan was cute.

I felt a bit bad for Ryoga when saw Ranma with the doll in Akane's body.

Good episode.

Once I saw Akane in doll form I somehow knew she'd ride P-chan this episode, the size was just too good xD

The sexual tension was off-the-charts in this OVA, and there was barely any nudity. Even the episodes that had the most amount of nudity didn't have this amount of tension lol. Possessed Akane was hot as heck. Doll Akane was cute too. Loved it.

I kind of understand why Viz didn't dub all the OPs and EDs. It probably would've cost a lot. It's insane how many OPs and EDs Ranma 1/2 have where some of it is used for only a single episode.

Definitely the best OVA. It's a shame that this was the last piece of Ranma 1/2 related anime until 2008. This OVA came out in early 1996. The manga ended the same year, only a month later. I thought the TV series was cancelled because the producers, Kitty Films, became defunct. But then the new rights-owners produced these OVAs. If they wanted, they easily could've produced more OVAs/movies to at least cover the ending. I don't get it. Why didn't they do it? Was Ranma 1/2 always this unpopular in Japan? I doubt they dropped Ranma 1/2 in favour of Inuyasha since the manga wouldn't start until November of 1996 and Sunrise wouldn't animate it until 2000. So, this doesn't make much sense. So unfortunate. It's unfair that Inuyasha got a "Final Act" or last season treatment in 2008 but Ranma 1/2 didn't despite being older.
Oh well, at least I still have the 2008 OVA to look forward to. After that, it's goodbye to Ranma and Akane. Albeit I'll probably read the manga too at some point.

I don't wanna talk a lengthy comment about this series as a whole as I don't enjoy it as much as other Rumiko's main works. Not really interested in checking out the movies or the manga. I don't like Rankane since from the beginning with how very little development between them and how much of a jerk Ranma is. Akane on the other hand is also too hot-tempered and stupid for my taste. End.

They wasted the opportunity to make this episode funny. Also, they wasted Ukyo and Shampoo by getting rid of them early on. This was the least entertaining episode for me.

I agree with Ranma. Possessed Akane is actually sexier than the normal one.
I love Ukyo's summer outfit. She looked sexy in it. And she looked nice in that yukata. I love her so much! I want to screw her!

@0451 I would just like to clarify that Kitty Film was still in-charge of and produced the OVAs, however, K-Factory (established by ex-Kitty members) did cooperate on the production of Super. I just don’t think Ranma was popular enough for K-Factory to go through the trouble of taking over and producing new adaptations from Kitty since K-Factory is primarily centered on the production of live-action dramas rather than anime — unlike for example Legend of the Galactic Heroes, which K-Factory would continue the series from Kitty.

Kitty also continues to exist, but the company’s history remains a mess lol. More recently, co-founder Taga (credit changed from Kitty Entertainment to Taga) is credited for assisting in the development and ROOFTOP (Kitty) for the music of the new Legend of the Galactic Heroes remake — but the main Kitty seems to be dead for all intensive purposes after its subsidiary Kitty Entertainment changed its name to ROOFTOP; when Taga’s son became president/representative director of Kitty Entertainment in 2017.
