Ah more storytelling about Hakone this episode..

The competition is fierce. I like Arakita and Kuroada's rivalry this episode. To me, they even have similar personalities and is determined to pass each other's limits. Pretty entertaining episode.

Great episode.

I'm glad Toudou won his duel, I wanted at least one of the Hakone third years to win and I'm glad it was Toudou since he's my favorite from Hakone. Real nice of him to advice Manami to cast aside all obligations and just ride freely like he always does. :)

Kuroda and Arakita rivalry was nice as well, the backstory was really good.
Even Fuku-chan lost out to Akshiba. Hakone new generation is looking super strong, I just hope Sohoku new gen can keep up with them.

That post credit scene. xD

That was awesome, I loved it! Sad that the third-years are definitely gone now, but that send-off was absolutely worth. I love Arakita and Toudou way too much; also, that omake was delicious.

Wasn't expecting Fuku to lose tbh.

Especially since Aki lost to Onoda, and even Onoda winning that race, was SUPER behind Maki's course record.

So for third years, we had Maki win his last race vs Onoda, Tadokoro win over Narkuo, Toudou win over Manami, and did Kinjou/Yowaizumi race? I don't remember, but I'd assume Kinjou would have won that.

That was actually not bad. Kuroda prob my fav Hakone character after Manami. Gonna be sad once again that Naruko will no longer be a sprinter.

Whoa, that's a tough word for Kuroda. Since Arakita is that kind of "irritating" person. Still, at that moment Kuroda can finally pass Arakita and as the reward is Arakita giving his compliment to Kuroda. So sweet. XD

Toudou's win was to be expected, but Manami will continue growing with Onoda as his rival (as did Toudou with Makishima) :D

and Ashikiba did have the better starting position than Fuku-chan so I guess that explains it (still, a first year beating a third-year? mkay)

post-ending scene was ridiculous XD

Toudou's so inspirational, no wonder he got a fanbase.
Don't recall Kuroda, nice backstory with Arakita & has potential tho.

For a show that is pretty over the top, the last scenes with Naruko's serious face and then the shot of his sprinter wheels leaning against the wall were a very subtle and moving image.

Looking forward to seeing how Imaizumi deals with Naruko as an all-rounder!

Oh wow so Manami was the only one who didn't win hahaha but I guess that's not so important
Toudou is such a nice SENPAI to him and I hope Manami could gain something from his advice (so happy to see Manami smile again <3)
I didn't expect Fuku to lose tbh

Will miss the third years so much *cries* especially Shinkai and Toudou

The whole back story with kurodo, screamed kuroko no basket, especially with the scene where arakita goes "youre not gonna say basketball is the real me" how dare they introduce a kise fake and i didnt even like kise he's literally a wannabe version of him. Not happy jan. alright episode but its kinda grinding my gears with the majority of the third years losing to the the second years i would liked it more if they did it with a similar fashion as how manami lost, somewhat close with encouraging words to give the impression or foreshadowing of them improving. but i guess they are trying to go with the whole, HAKONE IS A THREAT vibe but if your watching the third seasons thats kind of already a given fact. sigh

Toudou definitely becomes my favorite after this episode, he is great. He put Manami on the right track (wtf Manami blaming himself for befriending Onoda) Manami understood what Toudou was saying tho as it reflects his relationship with Makishima who is really close to him. "Call him every day" best advise 2017.
Kuroda's past wasnt interesting and as a character i find him the one i like the least and the most uninteresting character in the cast. He had a history with Izumida and Arakita then huh.

I call a real bullshit that Fuku lost. A real real bullshit. I know that Beethoven tallest guy alive is strong. Beethoven music powers him up and being really tall makes him really strong but comeon its Fuku. How did he lose like that .... SO you wanna tell me that Onoda who beat Ashikiba is STRONGER than Fuku.... who beat Kinjou. So Onoda>Ashikiba>Fuku>Kinjou and KInjou is > Makishima. but Makishima had a better record than Onoda in that race where Onoda beat Ashikiba. That's really bullshit. The whole power ranking... I guess, i guess you can say that anyone can win in cycling race as long as you are relatively close in strength you can win if many factors play into your favor.

Too bad that Manami threw away the perfectly fine waterbottle which Onoda returned to him but I guess he just wanted to avoid an indirect kiss.
