| Another recap but I did like the satellite interjecting and becoming sentient over the course of the episode, and ending on Mendou’s reaction to it leaving and having his name was great lol. And the parts chosen in this recap were all great ones too, and it’s wild how it’s already nostalgic to me despite the fact I’ve only been watching this series the last two years lol, but some of those bits really did take me back, like when Megane and the gang were preparing for war as well as the dancing scenes, so even if these OVAs started with recaps maybe there was a good reason to not skip them. And also that OP and ED for this episode were both very nice, kinda wild that a recap gets its own music but this was the first OVA since the show ended so it kinda makes some sense. Definitely looking forward to the new stuff going forward! |
