0.50 POINTS PER NUMBER | EXTRA 0.50 POINTS FOR A FULL SET
The below rules apply to each number challenge.
πŸ”’ E X P L A N A T I O N

    What are the Numbers Challenge?

    It's a type of scavenger hunt but with the length of an easy level challenge. It was created to be pretty unique, since the idea is to target the basic numbers from 1 to 10.
πŸ”’ R U L E S

  • Every individual Number will be worth 0.50 points.
    γ€€— Completing a "set" (all numbers under the same run) will award an extra 0.50 points. It will be represented as:
    γ€€γ€€#01 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€#02 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€#03 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€#04 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€#05 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€#06 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€#07 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€#08 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€#09 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€#10 - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€Full Set - 0.50 pts
    γ€€γ€€= TOTAL - 5.50 pts (completing each Number plus the extra for completing the set)


  • Difficulty: complete 20 of the listed items.

  • This challenge can be completed thrice (x3) for each number.
    γ€€— To attempt this, you have to complete it (one previous attempt) once/twice.
    γ€€— Your new attempt has to be in a new post, with new entries.
    γ€€— You must not add anything to your previous post after completed.
    γ€€— More information can be found here.

  • Only #07 can be completed four times (x4) due to winning the poll.

  • You don't need to complete a full set before starting a number's second/third run.


  • Previously completed series aren't allowed. Neither is re-watching.
    γ€€— Series previously started, but not finished, may be used.
    γ€€— Airing can be used, but you must complete the series, so you can only turn-in the challenge after the series has finished airing.

  • Any type/length is allowed.
    γ€€— Unless otherwise stated.

  • Your challenge "Starting Date" is the day you post.
    γ€€— Remember that it's required to add the start and end dates to any anime you use for our challenges.

  • You cannot use the same entry more than once across all Numbers Challenges.
    γ€€— All anime used can't be repeated per individual Number NOR per global Numbers.
    γ€€— This means that once an anime is used for one Number, it can't be used for any other.


  • Refer to this table to see which Japanese written spellings of each number you can use.



  • NOTE that it is required to take and add screenshots for items about any statistics or information prone to change.
    γ€€— Ranks, Popularity, Favorites, Members, etc. most likely will change by inspection time and invalidate your challenge.


    ABOUT THE ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certain requirements may be harder to find (or maybe even impossible) for some of the numbers. There are two alternative requirements you can use instead:
    γ€€— Watch an anime that aired on the xth day
    γ€€— Watch a series with a rating that has x in it

  • If you use one of these, make sure you strike through the original requirement you're no longer doing and add the alternative requirement to the bottom of your requirement list.
    γ€€— You can make a strike through by using the [ s ] and [ / s ] coding, without spaces.

  1. "Watch a series with # in the main title"
    γ€€— The number can be either numerical or alphabetical; it can be the number alone or as part of another word/number.

  2. "Watch a series with # in the alternative title"
    γ€€— The number can be either numerical or alphabetical; it can overlap with the main title; it can be the number alone or as part of another word/number.

  3. "Watch a series with a main character that has # in their name"
    γ€€— The number can be either numerical or alphabetical; it can even be partial such as "Shinichi" would work for 1's requirement.

  4. "For the Numbers Challenge, are we allowed to start all 3 attempts at a number or one attempt at a time?"
    γ€€— Not for the same number, no. You must complete (ex.) #02 the first time through before you can begin #02 a second time.

  5. "How do we take screenshots?"
    γ€€— On your keyboard should be a key that says "PrtScn" press it then go to a graphics program (such as Paint) and select File -> Paste (or Ctrl v on the keyboard shortcut). Save the image (you can crop the image if you need to or know how).

  6. "Where do I host the screenshot?"
    γ€€— Best place to use would just be imgur. You don't even have to make an account if you don't want to; just make sure to copy and paste the image link into your post.
