how far did the anime go in relation to the manga

Wow, did it really adapt that much? is it s short form manga or something or did the anime just really condense it?

There is almost no difference between the manga and the anime besides some side stories, a heartbreaking 4koma picture and a little more detailed explanation in the written work. Id start around chapter 100 when the fireworks festival is visited by the main cast.
