Shouldn't Shojo be for the anime or manga which concentrates on the viewpoint of the girl protagonist(Tell me if i'm wrong). Whereas there are no girls at all in this anime, nor it is in manga.

Shoujo just means that the manga/anime is intended for girls or young women. The common misconception in the community is that shoujo = romance, or other sorts of slice of life from women's perspective. That's not the case, shoujo just means that it is aimed at young women rather than other audiences.

The fact that this anime actually contains not a single female is actually considerable proof of this because it gives girls a large selection of bishounen which they can fangirl over. Is it clearer yet?

Shoujo isn't a genre (genre would be for example: fantasy, horror, mecha). Shoujo simply is a term used to specify the target demograpic. In case of Shoujo it's meant for teenage girls (Shonen would be it's male counterpart). The main protagonist can but doesn't have to be femal. Examples for "non female protag shoujos": Natsume Yuujinchou, Karneval and Hakkenden. Hope I could answer your question (and sorry for any mistakes - not a native speaker) :)

Edit: I guess BlueOla beat me to the answer

The manga was originally published in a shoujo magazine, that's why it has a shoujo tag.
A shoujo anime/manga doesn't necessarily need to have a female MC, it just means it's target demographic are young females.

Hope that helps ;P

>Tell me if i'm wrong
you're wrong lol

for example, donten ni warau is about three brothers but it was published in a shoujo magazine so yes, it's shoujo.

You can probably assume it's a shoujo because the cast is entirely male too :^)
If this was targeted towards males, it'd be one guy and a bunch of females usually.

Interesting point: anything that didn't originate in a manga magazine lacks the tags shoujo / shonen / seinen / josei, because that system entirely originated in the classic manga era. Stuff based on games, novels and anime originals don't have any tag under that system.

The 4 demographic system is actually pretty out of date now - about 50% of "Shonen Jump" readers are female, Despite Shonen literally meaning "for boys". So they read it in enough numbers to significantly affect the type of content that's provided. Male and female reader's favorite series in Jump are VERY different.

I also dont know, even if the main audience focused are girl, their chin arent that pointy, its kind of strange to be a shoujo anime where they guy's chin isnt a triangle.

If it's serialized in a Shoujo magazine, then it's a Shoujo series aimed at young girls/women. Although, to be fair, Nana was serialized in a Shoujo magazine and I still look at it as more of a Josei because of its characteristics.

I like to dub series' like Servamp "Shoujen" since they have a lot of the staples present in both Shounen and Shoujo series. It's mainly full of pretty boys, bromances, has barely any female characters, has action & can get serious/risky when needs be, mixes slice of life stuff with supernatural & fantasy elements & is also set up in arcs.
Stuff like Black Butler & Kuroko no Basuke are what I'd also put under "Shoujen". These sort of stories can easily cater to anyone!
