As you can see that our club is a brand new club and because we're not that much active, we decided to open up a Staff Recruitment thread to get things in motion. Applying to join the staff has some (mainly 2) conditions that we expect everyone to follow. The conditions are: 1.You must be active on weekends 2.You must take your responsibilities seriously Yeah, that's all there is to it! The positions that are currently available are given down below: ✗ Club Managers : 3 needed Club Mangers manage the whole club and make sure everything is alright within the club. Club Managers also create important threads and giving out announcements when asked. ✗ Moderators : 3 needed Moderators try to keep everything under control. It's kind of like playing the role of the police or something like that. They can ban people who are causing troubles and can also delete unnecessary comments and threads. ✗ Inviters : 3 needed Inviters invite people and help to increase the number of members. All they have to do is send a club invitation to random (or selected) people or give out ads about the club. They can also send out affiliations to other clubs! Inviters must be capable of inviting at-least 10 people a month. ✗ Card Makers : Infinite The main job of a card maker is to make cards for the members. Card Makers must participate in various editions and make cards at-least once a month. Also it doesn't matter if you are inexperienced or a beginner. As long as you apply and do your work sincerely, you are welcomed! Cause "Practice makes Perfect", no? ✗ Layout/Banner Makers : Infinite Layout/Banner makers are pretty much like card makers, except that they make layouts and banners for the club, instead of cute cards. Layout makers must be active monthly and make layouts and banners when requested. ✗ Event Organizers: 4 needed Event organizers create events like: Country of the month, Claim a country etc and also hold Hetalia quizzes, challenges and more! Event Organizers can also act as game makers. ✗ Delivery Girl/Boy: Infinite Delivery Girls/Boys can help by delivering cards and newsletters.
