| Fantastic! I love it when the manga focuses on the relationship between the two. It's not often that I say something is heartwarming, and especially not a by-the-book wedding like this, but those panels leading up to the bride being in tears were perfect. They evoked a strong emotional response in me, even if I didn't end up crying myself (no matter how hard I tried to). Not a lot to say about this one, but it's my favourite chapter yet. I mentioned in an earlier chapter that I was worried they wouldn't flesh out the characters (or people) enough because of the focus on trans* (not a footnote) themes, but I think they're doing an even better job with the relationship. Wasn't a whole lot of focus on the trans* (not a footnote) side of things this time, though there were elements of it. I liked the 'overview' at the end of this one; it touched on something that was on my mind for some time. This is probably going to end up as one of my favourites. |
