Does the Anime follow the manga ?

Hi everyone, so I've finished this Anime long ago, I've notice the Manga recently has finally ended !
The anime was too short the ending felt incomplete, I was wondering does the Anime follow the Manga ?
I may plan to read the Manga if it does.

I'd love to know too, I think I might just read the manga anyway. If I find any info ill let you know.

Edit: I Read the first volume of the manga and a bit of the second and I think I can safely say that the anime follows the manga closely but it does things so much better, I recommend reading the manga even if you just watched the anime. Hope that helps.

i won't read the manga, since i don't like 4-koma style...

so, does the anime ended fairly conclusive? or, are there many thing still going unexplained?

It followed the first few volumes ( I think; I only scanned). The major difference that I saw was that Kujo Hajime had a bigger part in the manga. He was there for a little more than half. Hase also showed a bit more jealousy/insecurity toward Kujo because of his past with Fujimiya Kaori. But if you were wondering if they got together see below.

No the ending was basically the same. Actually I think the anime had a sweeter ending.
She regained all her memories and was basically cured at the end of the manga, though.
