It is really depend on you. If you are willing to give it a try I am sure you will find something you will like about it. In general, it is not a bad show but not the best either.

There isn't any drama (well, a little) or action or fanservice.
It's cute and funny.
Decide for yourself.

Avoid if you dislike Cute Girls Doing Cute Things.

The basic format for most episodes is this:

► A new professional challenge approaches
► Main character(s) are discouraged and stress out about it
► An industry senior shares their experience, advice, and encouragement
► Challenge overcome, sappy warm feelings (I teared up at the end of several episodes)

The industry seniors are usually well-known seiyuu playing themselves, but since I haven't seen much anime, the only ones I already knew by name were Yui Horie and Noriko Hidaka. Even so, I loved it every single time. The same thing happened to me when I was in college and met Bruce Broughton, a Hollywood film composer I'd been a fan of since childhood (The Rescuers Down Under), who encouraged me not to give up on filmmaking.

I also found it more relatable than the average anime because rather than being about school kids with minimal cares and responsibilities, it's about working adults (and a high school student seiyuu who has to balance school and work). And the main characters have both media work and menial ordinary jobs, which is also the situation I'm in.

It was one of the most consistently enjoyable shows I've seen, 9.5 out of 10 (I gave it a 10). I loved it from the first episode. So if you don't like the first episode, I wouldn't pressure you to keep going.

The voice cast is 10/10
The lessons about voice acting is legit for the most part.
The main cast and the story itself is decent.

It can be some sort of educational but you don't watch anime to become a professional, right? It is more like a slice of life of seiyuu with some interesting information here and there. All in all, this is a well made anime.
