I saw someone comment about what happened to Kimito when he was a kid where he lost his memories and Kujou (the maid who kisses him every morning) being his little sister (not blood related) because her real older brother was annoying or something but forgot the whole thing so can you please tell me?

I also came across some info, not so if it is accurate or not. From what I remember, the maid who takes care of him has a brother who looked exactly like MC when he was younger. They traded places for a while. The sister recognized what happened and fell in love w/the MC ( not sure if he saved her or something) while they were still trading places MC got injured or sick. After this he forgot all about what happened.
