| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well this episode was kinda interesting in terms of technology fashion and sense. The KC11 unit and operation that the characters are conducting makes the episode interesting to see while the show still does make moments for comedy between certain character. Pacing got a little bitter as well. Hell, this episode is what I'd call even intense with the gun and bits of action in space. At least they avoided collision though. |

| Pretty intense hijacking, but Iris and Hanako made it out. Wonder why Dr. Li was being targeted, unless I just missed that. Got a tiny bit more on Iris' past too. |
| Another good ep. Hanako was BA! Her and Iris's bonding moments were nice. Dr. Li seems like a cool guy. It was quite the fun scene seeing Nagisa being forced to do the "Rescuing" he thought was so stupid in the first ep :P |

| Fantastic! Nagisa is growing so close to the A-TEC members, especially Mizuki it seems (notice him smiling everytime when he sees her) More glimpses on Iris' past, something massive happened. That was a really intense scene! Also we meet the real brother of Yuji, they were involved in the hi-jacking most likely and the president tried to cover it up, so it won't make a fuss (that's just a guess though, i'm not too sure) Angelina trying to save Iris was wonderful to see as well, insane character interactions in this series. |

| Probably the best episode to date. Things actually happened. Hanako isn't so bad after all; she is definitely some kind of assassin of sorts which was hinted in a previous episode. I feel like there is more to her story that has yet to be told. Looks like Iris' traumatic experience that caused her to lose her memory was similar to the one that just unfolded with the window being shattered. Curious to see who they were rescued by and what consequences that might have (unless it was subtly implied and I just missed it). |
| I really hope that if only one ship can take off, it'll be Nagisa x Mizuki because those two are just way too adorable This episode was a great mixture between fun and intensity and boy oh boy did this episode deliver on both aspects I'm really happy that Angelina and Iris managed to make it out of this okay and damn Angelina is a badass ninja lol.....I wonder who rescued them though |

| That escalated quickly. Gotta say, this show is finally picking up the pace and it's getting more interesting with each episode. This, and the previous episode were pretty great. Angelina is pretty badass, and her saving Iris was great to see too. |

| This episode was so disappointing. Every time the show inches to something with actual stakes, it handles them extremely anticlimactically, destroying the tension. Also, we're more than halfway in! Quit setting things up and actually have a story for godsakes! Edit: Oh yeah, and as Rodac said below, the characters are still not interesting. I get that Angelina is an assassin and Iris has a sordid past, but that hasn't added to their personalities or characterization at all. And the less said about the others, the better. |

| More hints about Iris's past and Hanako shows what her other job is. The characters are pretty opaque still, so it's tough to really feel anything for them. I get the feeling that this could have been a much better show if we'd gotten to know them better. |

| Wow I was really blown away by this episode. Not expecting the bonding along with intense action. Really great episode. I hope they can continue the trend. Angelina was totally awesome. And when she used her body to shield Shirasaki totally made me upgrade my respect for her about 3 to 4 times. I can't wait to see her more in this type of light. As well as why the hell she has the name of a famous Samurai who used ninja, uses kunai, and is basically a ninja-turned accountant Seeing Shirasaki's mysterious background cause even more questions further grew my interest in her as well as the dealings of Kirishina Corp even more. |

It's likely that radiation would affect the body, however. (Source = my own studies.) Otherwise, not a bad episode. I liked it. This is a fairly lighthearted anime, and I find it to be enjoyable personally. And I'm still shipping NagisaxMizuki. |

| That was a good episode, doing a lot of exploration on Iris and some to Angelina. Not to mention Nagisa opening himself A LOT more with the class and being far more supportive, which is fairly good for a change, not to mention I love how often the "bosses" are getting schooled by the crew that is a lot more pro-active and competent than they always figure them to be. Anyway that aside, I guess the studio focused too much on plot and development that they forgot some physical elements (even though they are insistent on such mechanics ironically). I mean at Zero Gravity where bodies float (as seen in the ship) Bullets just CAN'T be shot at normal speed, not to mention that it would also be impossible for Angelina to perform all those acrobatic stunts with the same strength. It kept shifting a lot between regular gravity and zero-gravity there, What!? It seems the older brother isn't as much an asshole and not on the same ride as Yuji. Also it seems Iris is gonna have some fear of piloting which given the preview, it will become messy, oh shit..... |

| So now it's not just an internal corporate conflict, but one that encompasses Martians vs Terrains? Woah, something just got a lot more epic. Wondering exactly what the deal is with this new big brother, where the other one seemed like a dumb douche, this one seems to know what he's doing. Just wonder exactly who's side is he on. Really not much development other than the introduction of big bro and Dr. Li, and that flashback from Iris, but still decent overall. |

| The hijacking scene irked me, but dayum, seeing Hanako in action was worth it. Wondering who the unidentified ship belongs to. A possibility is Nagisa's eldest brother, but I'm leaning towards a new third party. |

This episode was intense, I like to see Nagisa working with the team and helping them. We learned a little more about the past of Iris. An interesting episode. |
| This was definitely the best episode so far. Physics were realistic as fuck too, I very much approve. Suddenly this turned into one of the best story-driven shows of this season. |

| I honestly think this show is pretty decent but the main flaws so far: - Tries to have too many main characters but doesn't focus only on one - Lack of direction... until now - Too many laid back episodes in the start - Backstories should have been introduced earlier - MC (the blond teacher) feels too slapstick |

| Not a bad episode, some action has never killed anyone, then if we add a beautiful palace intrigue, the narrative will benefit more than ever. I have not bored ever a time although the pace was not that urgent, including financial problems, fistfights and new revelations, the final surprise of the possible shady trades within the Kirishima, was the icing on the cake. Drawings and animations on the edge of sufficiency, the ending I really like thanks to ClariS, but the opening is not to be underestimated. |

| Now we're back in business! Some more exposition here but it felt like it came more naturally as a result of plot developments. Not quite on the level of decent Western TV but I came here expecting attractive animation, entertaining plot and that's what I got in spades. rodac said: The characters are pretty opaque still, so it's tough to really feel anything for them. I get the feeling that this could have been a much better show if we'd gotten to know them better. Yeah I felt that too. They were all so lovable at the start and the character design was on point but since then the spotlight has shifted to Hattori, Iris and Kiryu and he's the only one so far whose had actual character development. They're all just ciphers at the moment, I felt more connection with those kidnappers than most of the ATEC gang. This premise and plot would have made a great 24, 36, even a 48 episode epic if they played their cards right, but either way it really needs more time to flesh out the characters and their motivations naturally and built up the world of kirishina in greater detail. It's good so far, but it could have been great. |
