| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm, the Chinese version debuted and I have to say that the voices sounds okay, at least for Mandarin. The animation is mediocre although the soundtrack is catchy. However, the episode felt like it dropped the viewer into the middle of the story. Mecha warfare and bloodshed... I found the part when the terrorist mentioned what they wanted to be something interesting since the police has little clue about it either. Pretty stereotypical terrorists though with their ideology and one of the guys (I think the leader) mentions about his past life. Yeah...not sure what to think of this yet. Maybe it has some potential? The MC survives after being almost killed although I didn't find that surprising. Cliffhanger.. |

Screw Charlotte, Non Non Biyori Repeat or Ore Monogatari!, this is the show I'm personally hype for! but the Japanese version wouldn't be released until August...so now it's just a Chinese cartoon, oh well. Let's start: Seriously, Obama now has a afro? Better watch the tone, cause there'll be blood, lot's of blood. The English is pretty good. So wait, are they intercutting the president's speech with war films and stock footage? That's pretty annoying for the audience watching the speech, right? Emo and pretentious monologue detected. No surprise there. WOW, you really should start rethink your life when you can easily mistake someone for some girl you have a heart for, and I wonder will she come back later in the story? That's why you shouldn't start your anime with an afro president, but come to think about it what is the fitting tone for blatantly crushing a daughter's father to dead by a killer robot falling from the sky? Is manipulative a tone? So I guess the daughter wants green after all. Oh my fucking god, I can't believe they are doing this. Gentle music playing while people getting massacred, wow, before this happen I'm having a genuine interest in watching this to see how it's turned out, and now I'm half sinister towards it. I know, being a Chinese civilian sucks, balls. I don't know, but sometimes people do ask questions that made them look stupid, "Was there an earthquake?" "Why there's no one and everything is messy?" Well, not as stupid as being oblivious to mass murder just because you are wearing a headphone. Hahaha, she did her part. The SWATS are going to die, if not there's no point for the main character that's in the title to save the day, at least not subtly. Now they included a pregnant lady, next time a talking fetus? It's not that hard to write dialogs that reflect and match the characters' personalities, and sometimes it's a great way to subtly characterize them, am I asking too much? And here's our heroine, she sucks right from the start because she is going to be the romantic interest of the pussy male MC. I guess I can talk about the animation and sound a bit more, but I see no point in pay more attention to them when the script is a huge piece of shit. Seen worse, better than the other two I'm watching, if you ignore the sadistic and pretentious side of it, and it did feel like that's what I would get if I had any expectations in the first place. Stay tuned. |

| Adapted exactly 1 chapter. Monologue a bit different. Mall girl interaction different as well, made the mc seem like an idiot. I wouldn't call him a pussy, it's normal to be scared when there's terrorists with guns pointed at your face. Animation is meh (let's see how the action is in the next two eps), sound is good, voice acting is good. Too bad it's only 14 mins, looking forward to next ep. Welp, it's only 12 episodes. Let's see how the jap vas will pronounce their names. |

| According to livechart, it will be aired at august 18 in Japan. Though im really interested in it, i will have to wait for that, because i simply can't stand to watch anime in any other language than Japanese. :/ |
| The anime is much more serious than the manhua. The manhua played the interaction between Sun and the terrorist leader with some slight comedy. And the police chief was more of a buffoon in the manhua. I don't think the anime mentioned the terror leader's background? He's supposed to be a Vietnam veteran. No, not THAT Vietnam War where John McCain and John Kerry served in. I mean the 1979 incident when China invaded Vietnam. |
| Ehh I am not really impressed yet bu it's okay I guess. Really weird to watch it with chinese audio, makes you realize how great japanese sounds in animation or how much we got used to it. The end was nice I guess.The bee looks weird but kinda cool. |

| Wow, I didn't even realize this got an animation. The animation quality isn't bad at all (compared to some other Chinese domestically produced series). What I'm most surprised about is that it's getting a Japanese dub. Soundtrack is also pretty catchy. Edit for anyone interested:The JP dub is already officially available on Bilibili. |

| Looking at the names, this must be a chinnese anime. Why it took so long to be translated? when it comes out each chapter? The episode was ok, i was a bit confused (as the MC) of why the terrorist appeared or everything happen. The angel-girl at the end was unexpected. Do you guys know where i can see the episode two translated? |
| Manhua's have seemed to have gotten very popular recently. Not surprised an anime was based off one. Pretty meh episode though. |

| That was pretty entertaining if nothing else, but personally I really liked this....Sucks that it's only 14 mins per episode though The art and animation was good, the OST was pretty fitting and the atmosphere and tone of the episode was on point....OP is pretty good but the ED song is what I liked the most This has a good amount of gore and I'm glad that it wasn't censored either....I like situations such as these where there are terrorists involved and I feel like this episode captured this whole hostage situation thing very well because the intensity was there throughout it all The only thing that I personally can nitpick on is that the MC isn't that interesting but there's always room for development....The girl at the end already caught my interest though P.S. Shout to my boy Afro Obama LMAO |

| Great start, blood was not spared in this episode, I liked of the effects of blood being played on the screen and in the air, also quite liked the soundtrack, the japanese voice acting also is good, this beginning seemed a presentation and a monologue of the protagonist, but it's already possible imagine how it will be the development of anime, the final image represents many things, I'm really looking forward to the next few episodes, I have high expectations .. |

| Re-watching the first two episodes (in order to watch everything) after stopping watching for 5 years. Very fun and interesting to watch episode, I only disliked the end of the episode that showed that this may be a cliched romance show with a uninteresting (and cliched as well) male MC and the animation that looked strange sometimes (like when the people are hit by the truck). 4/5 this time. |
