| Well I've tried for such a long time now to find a new anime to watch, but every time I've tried to find something or asked for some recommendation I've had no luck, no one seems to be able to recommend something that I like, and at this point I believe I might have seen everything that is to be seen of shows/movies that'll interest me. I'm just going to post what I posted on Yahoo Answers since I believe it sums up what I'm looking for and what I'm not looking for: "Well I've been trying for months now to find something cool to watch, and everything cool has been watched (Better Call Saul, Vikings, True Detective etc), but I so badly miss having a good Anime to watch. There's no point recommending Japanese only spoken Anime because I can't stand most of the voice acting and I hate reading subtitles. I've asked this question several times already, but the last few times I've asked no one has even come close to recommending something that interests me. (Anything with a star is my favorite stuff) Stuff that I've seen and liked: Cowboy Bebop* Ghost in the Shell* Redline* Akira* Neon Genesis Evangelion* FullMetal Alchemist* Beck Serial Experiments Lain* Black Lagoon Blood The Last Vampire Code Geass Trigun* Dead Leaves Deadman Wonderland Death Note Desert Punk FLCL GANTZ Golden Boy Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade Jarmungand Mnemosyne Steins;Gate* Wolf's Rain Stuff I've watched but don't care about anymore or was kinda boring to watch through: Soul Eater Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Summer Wars Paranoia Agent The Devil is a Part-Timer! Elfen Lied Blue Exorcist Air Gear Stuff I'm thinking of watching or has been put on hold because of lack of interest: Psycho-Pass Afro Samurai Hellsing Ultimate Ergo Proxy Darker Than Black Claymore Kino's Journey Sword of the Stranger Texhnolyze Monster Stuff I don't care about or straight up hate: Bleach Naturo One Piece Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Fairy Tail Eden of the East Higurashi When They Cry Dragon Ball etc" And if you have something to say about "how much I'm missing out on subbed anime", you can keep it to yourself, I'm not interested in listening to all the annoying crap I've heard thousands of times already, it might work for you, but I can't stand Japanese spoken anime. Anything in the "Put on hold, or thinking about watching" list can be recommended if you believe it's something that I'll like, but please write why you think I'll like it or why you liked it, or whatever you wish to tell about the Anime. |
