| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol that was kinda amusing except for the part where Kagami gets his ass tackled on the field. Where the hell is his uniform?? Kinda funny how Seijuurou is part of the girls' team though. And going by the match, his team isn't doing well at first. I actually thought the match itself was somewhat decent as it emphasized some of the shots at the goals and momentum. It doesn't surprise me that Seijuurou used what he learned from playing the soccer video game though. |

| Well I wasn't expecting Seijuro's team to actually win, but looking back it seems kinda obvious. I'm not sure I really liked how it played out though. Junichirou's plans always ultimately ending with him getting what he wants, as they have and likely will continue to do, kills any tension or sense of surprise. I wouldn't mind this if I liked his character but he mostly comes across as smug so I don't...not yet anyway. Guess Seijuro's given up on Kanou, too bad. |

| Despite the animation playing catch with Nanami's poor nose between frames and the ridiculous concept of the soccer game being used to "teach a lesson", this episode did its job. The main character is still a pain, but I quite like the catchy OP/ED now. |

| Funimation's subs betrayed the fact that Americans don't know anything about football lol. It just wasn't very well worded in context to the sport at all. This show's animation seems to get worse every episode, but I'm not sure how. This is the worst animation I've ever seen, and that's really saying something. The necks on water bottles aren't even centred. The plot's flimsy too and Kagami's still an awful character that I want to see get the shit kicked out of him. |

| As many are saying, animation quality continues to get worse by each episode which totally kills the enjoyment this show has to offer. Quite disappointing since I had good expectation for this before it started airing. Nanami winning the game was very much predictable, as everything always seems to go the way Kagami wants. I really want to see him lose once/twice though. Below average episode. Cute girl arc next week, so can I at least expect a bit better animation? Probably asking too much from A-1 here. |

| All I could see was how poor the animation is getting each time... the soccer movement was badly animated. Despite that, it was alright, but nothing too special. I like Kagami's teachings though. |

Seijuurou was even passing the goalie every time to score so it was definitely breaking the rules but Kagami got a referee that didn't know the rules in the first place probably for that very reason. The offside rule is also stereotypically called "too hard for women to understand" which is, of course, sexist bullshit, but it wouldn't surprise me if Kagami was opting for that being true with a female referee and female players as well. |

First, it’s from when the ball is passed, second, the player also would have to be ahead of the ball. So it would only be off-side if he was behind the second last defender at the time the pass was initiated. And once you have the ball in front of you, it’s not relevant at all. So, as stupid as the episode was, and as stupid as the game was, being off-side wasn’t one of the problems. But remember, their ‘fight’ had no rules, so it’s doubly not relevant. |
| Cyborg went all Tauros mode lol. Rammed the team straight to the depths of demise. What I didn't like was how the girls team pretty much scored, still kept possession of the ball and scored again. Second, Cyborg should have been red carded multiple times, one for literally punching Kagami from behind, another foul on Kagami where he falls face first, ramming the entire boys team in the final goal. So one sided game. |

| 90% or even more of the episode discussion consists of weekly animation rant and how bad they think the show is. Lmao MAL never fails me. I got bored halfway reading the comments. You would think that after 6 weeks which is approximately 1.5 month, they would shut up about the animation. Apparently not, they are expecting this to get better all of the sudden. Good lawd. Anyway, this is the arc that got me really interested in Denpa Kyoushi when I was reading the manga, and the anime just did the same for me. The main reason I suppose, is "Face Punch", I really like her and I hope that she gets to appear more later on. |

| I'm more fascinated by how they're possibly going to hold the budget together for 18 more episodes than the show itself. Holy smokes, the character designs and soccer game were just...I'll admit this episode didn't make me cringe to the fullest though, it was more bearable and alleviates DK's chances of being dropped for another 24 minutes. |
