Is Nanami Seijuurou a potential NTR threat for Kagami's harem?

Can anyone tell me who have already read the manga if this guy will try to steal Kanou or any other girls from Kagami's harem? Does Kanou develop any romantic feelings for him? This new guy seems to have romantic feelings for Kanou and I absolutely hate rivals who go around trying to steal girls from the MC if the series has a harem label into it. Kanou is my favorite girl so far and if she falls in love with Nanami then I'll just drop this series right away.

No. Though the series may say that it's a harem, it truly isn't. Well, it doesn't feel like a harem. And even if it were, Nanami really doesn't play a big role in the story. He just becomes another person in the class.
