| The reason is quite clear. This anime is based on a "fan" manga with the same title, which is still airing. Anime sales only are rarely enough to make up for the cost of production, that's why most of the time a show from novel/manga/vn is done to promote the original material. Tanigawa took a long time for the 10a/b volume, and didn't write a new volume since then, thus their is no material to promote with a S3. |

Their is totally enough material to make at least 2 more seasons, but what lack is material currently airing to be promoted. The Yuki chan manga is still on going, that's why it happened. |
