I assumed it was "put on" via magic, and so didn't appear to be simple paint until something happened to it, or the "spell" ended, or something like that. But for me, the real problem continues to be the often strange behavior of the main characters. For instance, after Arusu and Sheila discovered Eva missing, why didn't they immediately go after her? |

| The word "paint" may not have been translated exactly as it was intended. Maybe it should have said pigmentation or tint or something like that. |

Eva could only go while the others were sleeping, although who would sleep with 24 hours left to live...), gathered some resolve by having a "serious" talk, and set off. |
