Maybe this topic can be interresting to talk about anything precise.

I start it with an interesting information. Have you heard about the exibition of Ghibli Layout at Musée Art Ludique in Paris ?
It is a bit expensive, but inside it's amazing if you are interested in the work of Miyazaki and his team.
The exibition starts with an explaination of the technical words. I seriously read it all but honestly I forgot them right away after, so don't hesitate to skip this part.
Then you can admire plenty of layout which helped to design some of the most well know pieces of Ghibli (I can't quote them all). It is fabulous to carefully pay attention to those familiar pictures, and to understand the work behind. If you go there spend time to look for all the small details... =D

It is until the 1st of March. If you go there I wish there won't be too many people there. =)

I saw it too. It was interesting, I didn't think layout was invented by Ghibli realisators.
When you see movies in theater, the picture is very large but the real drawings seems so small XD

But an expo only on Layout is a bit reductive. I would like to see more video to explain how they make the animation or see some of the background paintings.

Do you want to see the expo on Aardman studio ?
