DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- "Mikage after the rain" It was, shall we say, an interesting first episode. So much was going on and it felt all disjointed. Maybe by watching more episodes it will makes sense. |

| WHY. That was going so well and then she jumps over 40 people for no reason. I can get shifting the tone around for comedy but that was just nonsensical. |

I was so confused starting this anime that I actually had to go back and reread the manga just to make sure I wasn't imagining that the beginning and overall story were completely different. It feels more like a sequel to the manga than its own story. Not sure why they changed it so much. |
| Love the start, and the OP! Artstyle's a good deal different than I expected it to look, though I still like it. But it definitely felt disjointed. Hopefully the whole anime isn't like this. |
