| I feel sorry for his friends. They just up and died instantly, upper halves disintegrated without a trace. Their legs were still sticking out from under the ball. That was excruciating to see. Some of the other students perished the same way, too. I'm wondering if those humanoid monsters were some of the disintegrated students. And man, that confession was cruel indeed. I hope Momiji regains her consciousness. A heart-wrenching first chapter. |
| According to the synopsis it would seem the monsters are transformed students, which would explain how she kind of transformed. Cool she still retained some of her emotions, I assume she'll be doing a lot of protecting him until he gets himself sorted out. |

| The synopsis ruined the whole thing for me. I knew that Momiji wouldn't die. Anyway, the story isn't that original but I'm in! let's see what's gonna happen next. I think Momiji will help Ganta out escaping ? There's no way she's gonna attack him, right ? |

| Its cool but also kinda generic at the same time. Its nothing we haven't seen b4 but its interesting still. Why is the art so smimlar to Deadman Wonderland? style of it is similar too. |
