the last chapter is Vol13 Chapter 2!
I think the ending was weird!
did they continued subbing this manga to the end or there is more for it ?

Chapter 37 didn't seems like an ending...so please, if somebody knows anything please tell us.

It seems like someone on manga fox (I think? I don't remember where I found this link on my wild goose chase OTL) found this link to what looks like extra chapters, but it's not in English so I'm not entirely sure. http://tw.seemh.com/comic/13817/
Now excuse me, while I go off on my opinion @ u @
I have to say, I love this manga a lot, but it's problematic... I wanted more variety of scenes, not a constant stream of love triangles!! I wanted to see summer and winter vacation! I wanted to see more of Hirata's younger brother and Chiemi getting along! I wanted to see Granny meeting Chiemi. I wanted to hear more about their friends, to see more of their personal interests, see a sports festival, hear more about Hirata's parents, see Hirata and Chiemi's younger brother getting along, and see Chiemi mature a bit more. It kinda hurt me to see Hirata be Chiemi's punching bag at points, and it really hurt me when he cried and said he couldn't see their future, because I know how that feels. But other parts of that arc, and in the manga in general felt unrealistic, over the top, or unnecessary. Ahh but even though I say this, I love Hirata, I love seeing a relationship with occasional insecurity, and I really love the potential here, but I wish I could revise it a little ;; _ ;;
