Students are allowed to visit the city on designated days or if otherwise ordered to (through field missions).

Vitamin city is divided into four main districts, named, rather blandly, after trees.

Aspen District: The business district, home to skyscrapers and major areas of commerce. Many important transactions, in stocks or otherwise, occur here. This area is particularly likely to be a target of meta-crime.

Willow District: The area where many tourists and upper-middle class residents visit. Fashionable, affordable restaurants, malls and other shopping can be found here. There is also a major theater.

Oak District: A residential area for working and middle class and a minor area of commerce. Markets and other common place shopping is available - visited by residents, not tourists.

Birch District: A heavily industrial and poor area. Notoriously, a shantytown has begun to develop at the outskirts of the district. Many buildings are close together, here.
