| What a great episode, I loved what they did with the color pallet change, how it went from bright colors to dry and dreary, it makes much more of an impact. I'm happy for Iona, I'm glad she got to fall in love for the first time, indeed love is painful and tragic, but the feelings of falling in love are just incredible... Ion'a innocent form was gorgeous, I'm so happy to know that each Precure will be getting their innocent form one at a time, and i'm happy it started with Iona, we haven't seen an Iona episode in a long time and she really deserved it. |

The color changes during said fight were really good. Yes, it was very different, but remember different does not equal bad or wrong. |
| Great episode! Really intense and cinematic! The framing of the scenes, the colors, the filters and even the silences combined to give this episode a really dark atmosphere. Fortune's Innocent Form was kinda disappointing, though. She trasformed and then she couldn't even defeat the Terribad! It was actually ridiculous that all four of them couldn't defeat it! Iona beat Phantom on her own before he powered up and it's just ridiculous that a single Terribad is stronger than a General. Anyway, I'm glad Iona achieved Innocence first because she is the senior Precure out of all of them and also the most serious one. Her friends won't take long to obtain that power too so the group will be complete soon. I bet Honey will get her Innocent Form in two episodes and then Princess in the next two episodes, leaving Lovely for last. Next week's episode sounds like it'll be a breather episode after this week's intensity because I really don't think Lovely will manage to get her Innocent Form so soon. I'm curious about what will happen, though... Maybe someone else will unexpectedly unlock the Innocent Form?! |

| Oh lookie do, a new combination for Iona's bling box! Toei gotta sell dem toys! Aside from the obligatory toy remark :P I basically agree with most of the comments above. The very nice dark palette for a change, Iona's super cute faces and gestures and the inevitable nerfing/auto-balancing of the powerlevel of newly introduced Cures. Happened with Beat/Muse in Suite and with Marine in Heartcatch. |

| I'm not sure what to think of this episode. I did enjoy the Ions's going on a date with that boy and the art style was also a nice touch with this episode. Kinda felt like an episode of Madoka Magica. So those were some things I liked about it, but there were a few problems. First off, it felt like everyone face was in close up mode, the story felt really fast, and we never got a good idea of what those 2 were doing on their date. It just felt weird to just seeing 2 animals and playing frisbee. Still it was cute. Like everyone else, Innocent Form felt really weak and it was not a big deal. It's also odd that Fortune could not beat the monster, just freeze it. Kinda reminds me of the Love Heart Arrow from Doki Doki. All the girls have them and have attacks, but only Hearts can finish the monster, while the others can only freeze, or weaken them. Still it was a pretty good episode. |

| Great episode!! Cure Sword!!!!! I do agree, we haven't see Iona like this since forever!! For someone who acts like tsun tsun in the first few episodes, yet she has one of the best smiles over the cast!! Still the date was too fast!! I guess the boy couldn't contain himself anymore XD Still, i'm glad Iona decided that she needs more time and at least the boy was caring enough to wait for awhile. Wtf Innocent form just came out of nowhere!! No grand special effects, Iona just transformed to Innocent form just like that! I kinda lol'd when she was in Innocent form, despite being fast and so called powered up, she still needed help for Lovely and the others. She even revert back to normal form and uses Precure Happiness Big Bang. Guess there's a reason why it's called Innocent form in the first place :P And wow the new scene from the ED, they showed everyone in Innocent forms!!! Can't wait for the next episode!! |
| The camera work of this episode make it very interesting to watch. I guess without thaat camera work, the episode would look more bland. |
| Iona is too precious. The directing of this episode was quite interesting showing how she felt and also with the color choice once Namakelder showed up, it was nice. |
