How Kazama introduced Tatsuya to him and then we see Tatsuya training.

There is a kind of POV from Minami and how the girls work to get ready in the mornings. Later we see Tatsuya making Minami serves tea to him and Miyuki (because if someone remembers, Miyuki had the task of serving him).

There is a meeting with Fumiya and Ayako to talk about the new mission of hunting Zhou down, and Miyuki knows here that Maya has asked him that. She didn't know before.
Then a bit of talk about the traditionalists and the Kudou, and as how it could end in another battle as the last year in Yokohama.
Tatsuya is ready for the battle, and don't really know why Maya asked him a favor instead of order him to do it, but if that time comes he entrust Miyuki to Minami. She says that it's fine, he can leave Miyuki to her.

There is another fact; Tatsuya is not going to participate with a thesis this year because the research started pretty late, and has not been completed. He is using what he saw with Lina and the basics of FAE. How the multiprocess in magic works and how the change in reality acts as well as the effect when an spell is suddenly stopped and the lag between the casting and the reality alteration.


That's the gist of it, I really don't want to read it completely until I get my own copy, but it seems we are going to see a lot of Yakumo and Minami in this arc (2 volumes given the title).

Chapter 1
-Story begins with Tatsuya researching some type of new magic, but after starting the magic sequence, his right hand recieved servere burns, after he uses regrowth to heal his right hand. In the end Tatsuya failed to use the new magic
-Tatsuya goes home. After a while he talks about the FAE theory and some magic engineering stuff with Miyuki

-Ayako and Fumiya visits the siblings, and they brought a letter from Maya. Maya wants Tatsuya to help the Yotsubas by Capturing Zhou and Tatsuya promises.

Chapter 2
- Presidential election, Miyuki becomes prez
- Izumi is vice prez, minami is secretary, and the rest is not decided yet
- Tatsuya gives somes kind of report to Maya, and she laughs for some reason
- Tatsuya's home is attacked by traditionalists
- Yakumo shows up and helps them
- Yakumo talks to Tatsuya about the traditionalists
-Student council positions are announced at school, Tatsuya is the general secretary, Mikihiko is the new head of discipline committee, 五十岚? is the new department head
-students are not happy with the positions but Miyuki told them to go fuck themselves
-few days later, Tatsuya and his friends are talking about the thesis competition and its security. Something about a special magic killing move is mentioned?
-after school, Tatsuya and Miyuki was attacked by traditionalist again

Chapter 3
- Tatsuya is worried that his friend's safety so he asks Yakumo to send some of his disciples to protect them
-back at school, there's something about the twin sisters, surprise attacks, Mayumi and ancient protection?
-Tatsuya with Miyuki and Minami goes to the Kudou family
-Kudou talks to Tatsuya and he mentions some manipulators (sponsors?) behind Yotsuba, Tatsuya secretly knows, then Kudou mentions that the reason why Yotsuba wants Zhou is because he knows something about the manipulators
-After their meeting, Kyouko leads the siblings and minami to the dinning area, but on the way they meet Minoru. Minami falls in love with Minoru immediately. Minoru talks about something regarding the traditionalist

-next day, Minoru and the sibling walks around town. Talked with Tatsuya about CADs
-tradtionalists attack again, but this time Minoru shows off parade (Minami gets wet)
-Minoru uses some other magic involving sparks
-Enemy is killed
-Onsen event

Ch4
Mayumi's father is afraid that yotsuba will capture zhou first, so he sent Nakura to kill Zhou.
However, Zhou is stronk and he killed nakura.
Mayumi got the news that Naruka is dead and she decides to ask her father, but her father said that it is 10MC business so don't talk about it.
After at magic university, mari suggest mayumi to get help from juumonji and tatsuya, in the end mayumi decided to find tatsuya
