| Self-Introduction: This is the first tutorial i ever made so if im missing some points please comment and i'll edit. I made this tutorial for a friend and also for the benefit of beginners so i'll try and keep the steps as simple as possible and use as much of the basic techniques as possible. Sorry if i made it too long or put too much picture references in it as welll. Tutorial-Introduction: This tutorial includes making a render, using a render, making a background using a solid color, pattern and a bit of brushing. If your interested in simply turning a wallpaper into a cool signature then this is a good tutorial for ya 1. The character! 2. Fixing the character (this is not neccessary) 3. Onto the sig 4. The background~ omg youve made it this far in my fail and boring tutorial i love you. my signature is a bit messy and fail so im going to choose to put in 1 update. What i like to do is i go to edit profile > mysignature and put in these following settings  update, refresh and then under current signature, i drag the update into my photoshop app, and drop it onto my sig. anywhere is fine for now. 1.I select my move tool  2. i then move the update to where i want it. 3. with the update layer selected (should be layer 4) i press ctrl + j to duplicate it. 4. i then grab the magic wand select tool, should be under move tool (click and hold if yours says quick selection tool) 5. with these settings, click the white area (layer 4 copy) of the update to select it and delete it by pressing ctrl + x 6. i then hide layer 4 by clicking the eyeball.  |
