DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- The final round has begun, Rinka vs Green Lantern (Trust me, he looks like Green Lantern to me) RINKA VS GREEN WONTON (Wantan):  The CIA has finally stormed into the place and begins to shoot everyone outside the Black Market main arena. Oh shit, Kobushi has been shot 3 times. |
| they did a good job of tryin to fit a lot into this small chapter, i find the ice guy extremely interesting despite him completely freezing people like that other girl who became the main character in part 2 of tokyo esp it didnt show their esper fish leaving the body like it happened with her. Man i bet the people would be super pissed if he just un-espered everyone around him. I mean i gues syou could say the reason she can do it but he can't is because her freezing power is sepcial something about th eARk and able to freeze even time, but the way they described why people would lose their fish was just because of the death-like state they are placed in when completely frozen you'd think hed do the same. |

| If only they animated this arc. I feel like Rinka as character becomes much more fleshed out in this flashback arc. Sure, she was cool and all in parts 1 and 2, but in "3", she's so much more bad@ss. |
