Why would Hancock need help from Luffy? Pre-timeskip she’s way stronger than he is. And seeing as Rayleigh’s in it, it probably means it’s around the start of his training so I doubt Luffy has gotten that much stronger. And highly doubt he’s at Hancock level
Hancocks stone power doesn't even work on Luffy and if it was physical battle, Luffy would wipe the floor with her sexually.

According to the synopsis this 'Burndy World' character has captured all of the warlords. (Meaning he has captured the likes of Doflamingo, Kuma AND Mihawk ...LOL). He's gotta be strong/hax to do that. I'm not sure what help Luffy would be realistically, but she would need help.

Sounds pretty cool, can't see the Youtube video but I read the synopsis. Oh and Boa Hancock was a lot stronger than Luffy pre-timeskip. Just because her stone powers didn't work on him doesn't mean she couldn't wipe the floor with him with her haki. She Doffy, Mihawk didn't even get a scratch on them throught the war in Marineford. Not only that but she took down several Pacifistas with 1 kick each. Post-timeskip Luffy maybe.

I'm pretty sure it's an excuse plot to gather fan-favourites in one piece place and give people some fun non-canon content just for the sake of earning more cash and because they can. I'll gladly watch it but I wouldn't go out and try to decipher power levels out of it because they will be thrown out of window just because this special could exist.

Does anyone know how long TV specials take to get subbed? Movies tend to take like 6 months. But seeing as it's on TV will it get subbed straightaway like the anime episodes?

It depends on who decides to take the time to do it. Subbing a 2 hour special will take a long time. Episode of Nami took just over a month for an English sub to come out while Episode of Merry took 9 months. Those 2 were just a recap/summary... Episode of Luffy, which was a special took almost 2 months. So, you'll just have to wait and see. If we're lucky, a month, if we're even luckier Crunchyroll might release it.

He kidnapped the warlords? What? How OP is this guy. XD

Wellll, I'll watch it for the heck of it, but really... I guess they like messing with the power levels. Luffy hasn't even learned Haki properly at this point, has he?

I wonder what the 'surprise' at the end is? Maybe the 7th Schichibukai.

Before the manga? Doubt it.
The one thing that I'd love to see is a lesbian yandere.

So disappointed seeing my friends, who are supposedly big OP fans not know about this movie. The day a casual OP viewer must tell them of this....I have surpassed them

AWESOME!

I was so impatient when Film Z aired that I just ruined the entire experience by watching it in bad quality with no subs. Strong World I had been patient for... but to think such a time has come... funimation.... arigato.
