The very first chapter contained cross dressing, I am pleased. Perverting gender roles is justice. People need to learn that not all "perverting" is bad. Everything perverts something. Of course you can't eve be sure that pervert is a proper translation, people are also translating the word Ero as "Perverted" all the time. How horrible to see people translating Ἔρως as such a term. |

| Time to re-read this manga. I really liked it the first time around but remember the gags getting a bit tired after a while and I wasn't a fan of the sexual comedy. First thing to notice is that the art looks really great. Typical Toriyama it manages to be both very simple and very detailed. Arale is hilarious and likeable from the start. The perfect humanoid robot having bad eyesight is fun and it does add a lot to her design. Her design would change quite a bit later in the manga though. |

| All I know about Dr. Slump is from the cameo it had in Dragon Ball. It's my first time getting into this series. I have to say I love this early art style of Akira Toriyama. It's very silly and I already like the characters. Arale-chan may become my favorite robot out of any manga/anime. |
