What's your favorite role done by Ishikawa Kaito (and why)? I've only included the ones in which he was indicated as main character, so if you like his other roles, please choose the other option and say which one :) Only exception is that I included his role as You Shunshin in Diamond no Ace because he actually had to put in effort to speak in Mandarin, lol.
I might edit this whenever he gets new role, but that depends if I remember ><;
edit 1: added Nine from Zankyou no Terror
edit 2: added Marcos from Terra Formars, Tigre from Madan no Ou, and Ryou from Bonkoi (urusai tako!)
edit 3: added Moroha from Seiken Tsukai no World Break
edit 4: added Kimizuki from Owari no Seraph and Rinne from Kyoukai no Rinne
edit 5: since this poll might get too long, I will delete some of the main roles that from shows that are fairly unknown/unwatched (deleted Mao, Logy, and Shunshin). I've replaced them with Genos from One Punch Man, Havia from Heavy Object, and Jirou from Concrete Revolutio
edit 6: replaced Tigre with Iida Tenya from Boku no Hero Academia
edit 7: replaced Moroha with Asai Kei from Sakurada Reset
edit 8: replaced Yana-san and Marcos with Sakuta from Bunny Girl Senpai and Naofumi from Shield Hero
I voted for Ledo from Suisei no Gargantia, because it was the first time I heard him and I loved his voice instantly. And I like Suisei no Gargantia :)
In Hakyuu , that is currently airing, he is doing very well as Kageyama
I just realized I didn't even answer my own question XD
Ohh good choice Tycraille :) That was the case for me too, since it was Ishikawa's first main role. I really like his calm and smooth voice. Not to mention, he had to speak some made up language too! But I chose Tsumugu because I love Tsumugu's character, and Ishikawa Kaito was perfect as Tsumugu.
Red Data Girl aired in the same season as SnG, but at the time I never realized that Manatsu was voiced by the seiyuu as Ledo! I went back to listen to Ishikawa's voice acting for Manatsu, and it's sooo different. As a fan of Ishikawa, I don't think I would've been able to recognize his voice as Manatsu even now (at least for the most part when Manatsu is super upbeat). So yeah basically what I'm saying is, Manatsu would be a close second. I hope to hear him utilize that voice in the future, although it seems like the production companies like his cool and smooth voice so they cast him for such characters.
