Potential Plot Twist At Ep 7-8?

So, after a 5-week "break," I am marathoning all the episodes I have missed, and realized one thing: Why does Akira still have her memories about Wixoss when they are supposed to lose their memories after they have dropped, as with the situation of Hitoe.

Is this a mistake in the author's or director's part, or did I simply miss something?
