Ditto to everyone else. There was nothing censored in the slightest.
Unless the OP means where the character icons make contact with one another.

It's not censorship, they do that in Hidamari Sketch too

It is very likely that there will be an "uncensored version" in the Blu-rays and DVDs
and I really hope that you and many others will buy them. It is very common that
improvements are made between the TV broadcast version and what goes on the
DVDs. Most obviously, people think of removing "steam" and "white light streaks"
in order to reveal things that were too sexy for the taste of certain TV stations in
Japan. However, it is extremely interesting to compare the TV version to the DVD
version when they are placed side-by-side. One very important "improvement" is
to change water in bathtubs from being completely opaque to being transparent.
Real water is basically 100% transparent even though there is some light reflected
from the surface of the water. In the time pressure of getting the episodes ready
for broadcast, they save some effort by using opaque bathwater instead of clear
bathwater. You can use your imagination about whether the hope of seeing the
girls bathing in clear water would be worth the price of the Blu-rays/DVDs. Also,
there are many possible subtle improvements which become apparent after the
episode is aired and many people have seen it. Apparently, it is fairly easy to
make these changes. Keep in mind that this small extra effort on the part of the
animators gives fans a good justification to buy the Blu-ray/DVDs. If anybody has
any suggestions, tweeting the producers could be worthwhile.

No, he makes posts like this every now and then and they are rarely relevant or sensible at all. Just treat him like a more literate version of Date and carry on.

There's always the potential that they could add some deleted scenes to the BD, but it seems unlikely in this case.
