From the manga:
Yomi's reaction to Tomo getting paint on her hand, then wiping it on the window.

From the anime (lines are from the ADV dub unless otherwise noted):
"DOUBLE-CHOP!" - When Tomo explains Yomi's flexibility.
"It doesn't have a legend!" - When Tomo says something about "the legend of this comment box".
"Topped off with a nice heavy dash of scary." - When Tomo says what she was doing in the cat mascot suit. A noticeable improvement on the subtitle, IMO.
"That's not what you said five minutes ago!" - When Yukari decides that the kitten actually can survive on his own.
"In... ah...Internet Technique?" - Taking a shot in the dark as to what I.T. stands for.
Cuing Sakaki to restrain Tomo so she doesn't snatch and throw the key again.
Just after Tomo accidentally smacks Yukari in the face... and Yomi looks up... reminds me of "Timescape", the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode, actually.

"Limiter override!" - The buffet at the hotel in Okinawa.
