Upon raising her head, she lightly smiled and faced the troops direction once again. "Well, let's go and 'greet' our guests, shall we?" |

Nothing good would come out of butting heads with them, only a lot of casualties for both sides," Vincent explains, halting his stride to stay out of earshot of the NEOH troops up ahead. "What I'm saying is that we could both be mutually beneficial to each other," he continues, "though I will say that I don't agree with their views nor do I trust them". The alcohol was loosening his tongue slightly or perhaps it was something about Diva's politeness, he couldn't tell. "Also, there's no need to be so formal with me," he adds in a more lighthearted tone, "You can just call me Vincent... or Peacock if your feeling coy". |
| After listening to him, Diva rubbed the back of her neck with an anxious smile. "Sorry if my formality caused you an uncomfortableness sir Vincent, it's just that I am used to being formal." She then smiled normally as she walked alongside him toward the troops. She recalled his words earlier as she walked. "So 'trust' is the problem huh? I don't think 'trust' have ever been an easy thing to accomplish anyway, whither it's between factions or even between comrades in the same faction." rather than talking to him, it was just her accidentally saying her thoughts aloud. |

| Chris had helped another civilian out of the rubble. "Man this is a pain." He let out a sigh and took out another cigarette and putting it in his mouth before lighting it. "Hopefully that Deathwatch takes care of that thing. Gonna' be an even bigger pain to kill it." |

| Ray returned to the base a while later, obviously still pissed off but also with a slight disappointed look. He walked seeing who else needed help, trying to keep himself from punching a wall of a building which, at the state most were in, would probably cause it to collapse. |

| Draven arrived on the base by running with all he had. He saw that everyone, including NEOH's soldiers, were helping to put out the fire and take care of the hurt. She closed by someone and asked where he could find Ray or Chris. A woman pointed him to Chris, who was helping a man out of the debris. He quickly walked to Chris' side and patted his shoulder. "Yo'! Hey, just came to warn that the giant lizard has fallen." He said in a casual tone. |

| The giant Mecha that was driven by Akira came fast and slowly landed. The Compartment slowly oppened too, revealing Akira and Takasuke. "So, how did you liked it?" She said before se turned back to see him hammered on the seat. "Ops... Maybe I overdid it a bit..." She said as she made a innocent giggle. |

Ray looked at them. "The hell are you two?" He asked, still pissed off. "Nice manners." Takasuke commented. "Yeah, well my little sister was almost blown up so excuse me if I don't bow and kiss your hand." Ray said again for walking off. |

| Akira nodded. "Thanks! And..." Her tone slightly changed to a more serious one. "...You shouldn't just get angry at people like that. What if you died and left your family alone? I'm sure you wouldn't like to see your little sister without you..." She told him, trying to calm him down. She then turned herself to Vincent and walked calmly. |

| Vincent noticed a horribly out of place individual walking his way with such brightly coloured teal hair it was pretty much the equivalent plopping a giant neon sign on her head and a formal looking man in a lab coat. He immedietly recognized them as the CEO of NEOH and the head scientist respectively. "Shit..." he let slip a curse under his breath. What on earth are they doing here he thought to himself as he went to go greet. |
| Akira slowly walked until she heard Moon's words. "I'm here to talk with the actual in-command. Sorry, I can't stay to chat, need to go." She calmly and excitedly told him as she walked in Vincent's direction. When she got in front of him she made a light wave with her hand. "Ho there! A pleasure to meet you, I'm Akira Masamotto." She said as she looked around to see that the troopers were making a good job by taking care of everything. "Good to see that we were of use to help you people out." She told Vincent in a kind tone. |

She quickly activated some kind of imbued computer on the sleeve to see what it was. "Oh! It seems like the monster is down. Deathwatches and Chosen Sons took him out." She said with a excited happy look on her face. |

| Upon hearing Akira's report Vincent couldn't help but laugh and clap his hands. "Haha! Man that's a relief," he said with clear joy that he wouldn't have to worry about that brick shit house attacking again. Vincent, upon seeing Moon's machine fetish kick in, slaps down his hand and hoists him up by the collar easily lifting him off his feet. "Stop it you idiot" he whispers to him. "Sorry about that," he apologizes, " and thanks for bringing the new to us. Shall we continue this conversation somewhere more comfortable? he asks gesturing to a tent set up nearby. |
| Akira looked to Moon's surprisely admired face. She almost panicked when he grabbed her arm out of nowhere but, luckily, Vicent took the man's hands out. She quickly recomposed herself. "Oh it's nothing. In case you want to know, I used Bio-Energy and Thermo-Energy." She told Moon while rubbing the back of her head. She looked to Vincent with a surprised look. "Of course, just wait a second." She said as she pressed some buttons on the imbued computer. Then, the gigantic robot behind them started to slowly move and take out the debris to help the soldiers. After that, she looked over to Takasuke, as if waiting his approval. |

| Vincent nodded and led them to the tent, having to bend over to avoid hitting his head on the top frame of the entrance, and took a seat at a table. He gestured for several soldiers to clear the tent and they promptly obeyed. "Well then... shall we get down to business?" |

"I guess that means my prediction was somewhat right, if they're here for the purpose I think they're here for" Diva thought, referring to when she excepted the relation between the bombing accidents before. She followed them to the tent, but she then stopped by the entrance without going in, believing that they want privacy with their discussing, and that her, a soldier with a lower position, won't be needed to hear anything of the discussion. |

| Noticing Diva staying behind and standing outside the tent called out to her and gestured for her to come in. "Its fine lass your cleared to come in" he told her. Normally he wouldn't allow a lower ranked soldier to take part in such an important meeting but his second in command was, as usual, out doing whatever they wanted and he felt like he could trust Diva. |
| Akira nodded slightly. She looekd to Takasuke before beggining talking, just to check if he was ready. She then looked to Vincent. "Well, I guess you already know that these problems were caused as to us as they were caused to you. However, the Legion was heavily more damaged than us. Thinking on that, I offer my help on reconstructing the Legion's entire Civillian Sector but not for free, of course. I was planning on making an alliance with you and use the new construction of the Civillian Sector to make a test out of my new invention." She calmly stated as she looked at Vincent's eyes with a serious look that, even tough it didn't fitted her, showed the seriousness of her offer. |

| Diva responded with a slight nod to Vincent's gesture and entered the tent. She walked to where was Vincent seated, and stood behind him with a straight pose of a soldier with her arms bend behind her. Diva listened carefully to what Akira, the CEO, had to say, but of course left the talking and decisioning to Vincent. |

They'll rebuild the civilian sector in exchange for letting them test out their new toy? Lets test the water shall we, Vincent thought to himself. "Care to elaborate on this 'test' of yours?" Vincent asks in a in an equally serious tone. |
| Akira made a slight smirk. "I won't lie to you, it's big and it'll take time to build. However, it won't put the life of the civillians in risk, if that's what you're worried about. Other than that, I can't tell you much or the invention wouldn't be considered 'top secret'." She told him, revealing nothing about the project and not intending to do so. "Just know that'll be helpful to both Legion and NEOH Corporation and that it will help the entire city to get rid of the Plague and become something bigger." She told him while crossing her arms. |
