That is so not the point. The point is it shouldn't be region specific. I know I can use a proxy or whatever to fake my location but I shouldn't have to just because I don't live in the US.

The same on my side, but when I write 'Shikabane Hime" in the youtube search engine it show the list, and when I chose random episode from Funimation I see the same message and video as well, on the other side when I'm tryanig to run this video from Funimation profile it is not working - quite complicated :P

Like Kit-Tsukasa ep 4 is out, and it is very good...

If it was going to be a single season anime, then I would agree with you. However with a 2nd season immediately following seems to me they are just slowly building up Ouri's usefullness.
