| Agreeing completely with Hypeathon. Besides, from a comedy point of view, Bunmei being a complete coward is funny, in a very silly way. From a serious/ plot-related point of view, being a total coward at the start means there's plenty of room for positive character development through the series. Overall, a relatively good episode. Still a lot of mysteries to be solved. |

| I actually like the fact that Bumei is a fail. He's actually useless he isn't somebody with potential who is simply useless (Sakura from Naruto), the latter is annoying. Still, I can see him being a hero in the end. Wonder why/how he lost his abilities? Then again, we are all suppose to lose 'awareness' as we get older, our minds close and we have to make the effort to retrain phycic abilities, just like the girl with the glasess attempted to. |

And speaking of possibly my imagination, wasn't the guy in the suit and shades who dragged Fumiaki from the streets the same guy that associates with that teacher who finds Maya as an obstacle? Well, apparently a lot of people can hate him just for being cowardly. Still, I personally agree with you. Just because the guy's a bit of a craven idiot doesn't mean he's worthy of hate on the part of the audience. He's pitiful in his own way, and also great comic relief. Of course, it's probably still justifiable to say he retroactively deserves the physical abuse Maya's been dishing out... but that's all part of the humour anyway, so it's ok. |

| The vice-principal needs to disappear already tbh. Also, seriously, that Mikaze woman, is scary when she's behind the wheel. And oh Uchida, what a derp. He really needs to man up. Still liking mah Maya though. Tl;dr the episode itself was good average, and the characters are getting less good : < (Except for Maya : 3) Oh but Smile and T.K. are cool though. |

| Is it just me of does Fumiaki remind anyone else of Rincewind? (Pratchett's Discworld.) Absolutly useless when it comes to powers, an excillent 'runner' and gets dragged into saving the world against his will. :) Definatly funny. I'm looking forward to where they go next. |

| Bunmei sucks so much he's absolutely brilliant, and I also kinda like Maya and the other characters. What a good show really, both funny and that knows how to be serious when it needs to. On top of that, production values are quite high so I've got no complaint for now, I've been enjoying every episode for now. |

| Hmm I never really thought of Bunmei as Shaggy or Scooby, odd how most anime fan nowadays do expect alot from characters, some characters are just fail, although granted I do dislike his character for the most part. |

| Did anyone else laugh at JK kicking ass with those tiny rods? In a windwhirle fashion? I guess Smile's big ass wrench compensates. For some reason the simples jokes are actually pretty funny. It is just very frustrating that Bunmei is a whimp. He didn't have to have psychic powers but running away was a bit extreme. |

| Bunmei, is neither a coward nor a wimp, by both commission and omission, he's evil. Could one of you Bunmei fans tell me how a character who treacherously lies to those who trust him, puts his companions in harms way then not only has no thought of rescuing them but denies any responsibility, abandons people who are counting on him, who claims credit while defaming others - is remotely funny. Of course there are also anime fans who find pedophiles amusing and I don't understand them either. - This episode left such a bad taste that I want nothing to do with the series. |

| Dunno why, but I didn't enjoy the episode a lot. Sure there were a few funny moments here and there, like Bunmei's face when he's in the car or when Maya were running away from the mothman. But overall, it was kinda uninteresting. But I'm going to give the show a chance since it is an anime original. Though from the way the story is unfolding, there's too much foreshadowing to take note of. Hope the next episodes clear them up. Bunmei = epic fail Smile and JK= epic win |

Something that stood out was he totally forgets about watshername the whole episode, then meets her again at the end like everythings fine. I hope Maya continues to beat the crap out of him, and he falls in love with that retard teacher |

| At this point Maya, JK and Smile are the only reasons I'm watching this show. Bunmei is such a wimpy jackass and I can't find even a single good quality about him. Usually I hate shows with a tsundere type girl yelling at and abusing the main guy, but in this case I actually wish Maya would beat on him more. |

| Honestly, this is my least favourite episode so far. Its just completely all over the place...and just as I was feeling set into what was even taking place...the scene would switch to something seemingly random. I'm just really hoping this series takes a different turn during the next episode... |

| You know, it does occur to me that, actually, if Bunmei's provoking such a reaction here, you could argue that that's an example of the creators actually doing a good job with the characterisation. After all, the purpose of characterisation is to make the audience feel something for that character, preferably the emotion you intended - even that emotion happens to be revulsion. Just an amusing little irony I thought I'd point out. |
