| Ranma's kiss was stolen by another guy while in his female form and was super pissed it happened in front of Akane. He tried to make up for it by kissing Akane, but he just couldn't do it yet. Akane and Ranma really need to get a room together. |

| in hindsight i'm not surprised any more this plot arrived this soon, remembering some flashback inconsistencies happened with the original series and deviated from the manga adaptation. To be honest i've never been a big fan of this arc, it's not that i hate Mikado and Azusa if they can be annoying at times, and now i can't even recall if they appeared again later except for a original-plot OVA... and as much as i always enjoyed Lanbada Ranma ED song, there were so many characters before them that deserved to be name-checked in their place by importance and bigger screentime. Apart from this, didn't expect or forgot the sort-of first (stolen) kiss and Ranma's two friends interrogating him about his obvious similarity with the redhead pig-tailed girl sharing his same name, a scene that made me laugh a little. |
