Well there’s more to come, the writing in re zero is always masterpiece level and this season looks too good to be true from my perspective, I’m looking forward to the hype moments such as regulus character downfall and the end of the arc. But what I’m drooling over is the thought that arc 6 is in production. Look what I’m getting at is Rezero just finished it’s prologue with s1&2 s3 is part of the pay off for that set up, and this is only 7 eps in like just build up for just this arc in particular, remember the next arc is counterattack arc and that’s when shit get real, and after that sit tight and wait for masterpiece writing in arc 6. As for the speech I never really talked about it. It was a great speech showcasing how far he has come as a character, knowing he has also been in the shoes of the people he was speaking too helped him find the accurate words and the emotions got through. It was nothing less than amazing, to me how they put so much care into the episode, and the end product was beatiful. If you can’t see that then tastes differ lol  |

| Yeah, to me this was also one of the worst episode this season, not the best. They had a discussion for half the episode who should deliver the speech and everyone viewing already knew it would be Subaru so that was very boring to watch. And then the speech itself was not horrible, but also just the usual "Have hope". |

| Because a great LN chapter doesn't automatically mean it's a great episode. A fully animated action sequence of course beats its description from the novel, but a speech or monologue will always be better in the novel. The Speech is so important for LN readers because it shows just how much Subaru has grown, while he still is the awkward and angsty teenager at heart. If you want more action, don't worry the second cour will have you covered. If you want even more impactful character moments, just wait till they animate Arc 6, the speech wouldn't even be a Top 5 character moment in that arc (of course only if they adapt it properly without too much cut content) |

| @Axel72 Because not everyone watch this show because of Subaru, myself included. I still watch this anime because the supporting characters are much more interesting than the main ones and I want to know how the story ends. I don't hate Subaru, but I don't care about him either. Speaking about the latest episode, that speech of his was cringe tbh I had to fast forward it |
