Is kissing someone while they're asleep an assault?

This definition generally applies to those over 18 years old. In the eyes of the law, someone under 18 years old cannot consent to various physical acts. Also, consent cannot be given by anyone who is impaired by alcohol or drugs, asleep, unconscious, or mentally incapacitated.

Cause it's "double standard"

In the anime and fantasy world, this is viewed as "awwww, so cute" and everyone lives happily ever after.

But in a real world's court, this actually constitutes as sexual harassment if the opposing party did not previously agree on any intimate acts. (there are court cases similar to this and people being fined or jailed for it if the opposing party decided to sue)

IE: 2 friends not in a previous agreed relationship go to a party, gets drunk, one person feels asleep, the other person starts randomly touching/ kissing the sleeping person. Does this not count as assault? A court of law says this is. (worse if 1 or both friends are married to other people)

HOWEVER, there is a "LOOPHOLE"... as this only applies to people over the age of 18

So since they're technically still minors, it's considered as "innocent pranks by kids" (plus, this is a Isekai, we don't have an actual idea on what their law is like, whether they have "age limitations" on relationships or not.

(as some Isekai had age of consent as early as 14 years old) (following old age of consent, including Japan and USA that some region or state have it as 16 for intimate relationship)
