| Stopping at the doorway taking one final glance at the building being blissful as I am on my own from now on. I thought to myself what floor will I get, hoping it'll be the closest to the roof so I can walk out every night and look at them probably with a cup of something warm to drink before going to sleep. My hands full with a rolling luggage in one and a big handbag of personal items in the other. I walked in unable to stop smiling, not showing my teeth at least and comes up to the counter, "Hi, the room closest to the roof, is it taken yet? Oh please excuse me, my name is Maki." Looking around seeing new faces I smiled at each one of them and turns back to the person in the front counter waiting as he/she rambled through papers to figure out a room for me. |
