I understand ypur opinion and I know that ther are many animes far more better than this and this was one of my first animes which I had watched and I really liked it.
I have ypu know the joy you feel when you watch interesting animes for first time I your life.
at that time I got really hyped up and rated it 10/10 and now I don't want to change reviews about any of the animes that I have rated.
So I know that there are far more better animes than this but I won't change my opinion about it now.

people take this show (and others like it) way too seriously. i cant hate shows that are fun and light-hearted like this one is. I'm currently enjoying the second season

Its a fun series, but is it 10/10? No, shave 5 points off and we're in a reasonable ballpark in comparison to orher anime that is a 10. Like Vinland Saga, soon to be Oshi No Ko, Death Note, Code Geass, Your Lie in April. etc.

Just finished it not long ago and i gave it an 8/10. I think the reason why the rating may differs comes by the fact that the aspects people consider when they rate the series are also different. Some people might tend to rate a series based on their enjoyment and some people tend to rate it story-wise. There's also people that rate based on the combination of the two.
I rated the series 8/10 mostly because of my enjoyment. But if i were to consider the story, i'd think 6/10 is fitting. But as this series is blantantly telling you from the start that you might not take the show in a serious manner, i think it's fair that i ended up rated the show 8/10 based on my enjoyment while watching it.

I liked season 1, and even own it on Blu Ray. That being said, I can say from a critical perspective it's like a 6/10 show. But I still like the show, and I will watch season 2 eventually. I feel like I need to rewatch season 1 before watching season 2.

initially I gave season one 9/10, but after finishing watching season two, I re-rated this to 10/10.
I highly recommend to watch this series from season 1 to season 2 in one go.

A 10 for this, hell no, but a 7 might I say an 8 is something closer to reality.
After I rewatched the first season I noticed that I judged this show a little to harshly and I didn't give it the credit it deserved, well since 2017 and now a plethora of stupid ass series came around that make this something close to a masterpiece, and to some this may sound sacrilegious, but hear me out, this show is quite well rounded and here is why.
The main cast is doing something, not unlike other shows where the girls (waifus) are just eyecandy, these girls do some damage or are useful on other departments.
The MC is a loveable birdbrain that sometimes is dense as a rock and sometimes is a sommelier in the arts of romance, but what makes him stand out from other isekai shows is the fact that his abilities are somewhat better than most, but not stupidly overpowered where he can wipe the planet clean if he so whishes.
Let's not forget the fact that the romance aspect is going strong, we didn't get a confession of love, but four of them in a single season, plus now they are engaged, this is groundbreaking in this media, where in general we have to wait almost until the end just to have some ilicit handholding.
Overall the grade this show has is a little low in my opinion, some shows on this site are way worse than this and are graded so much higher, but it is what it is and if one person goes on hating a product / show / movie and so on, most people will jump on the hate bandwagon because that's what cool people do.

I'm giving it a 10/10. Watching this was the whole reason I started reading manga. I'd never bothered to read a manga before this and now I'm hooked on the stuff. Everything about this show was what I wanted

Not trying to be too rude. Anyone who considers this abomination a 10/10 are off their rockers(they are insane). It's stupid fun at some points. Completely idiotic at other times. Only thing that I can think to praise this show on is its sound track.

4/10 is being generous to this show.
2 points for the good sound track. 1 point for a couple of enjoyable fights. The last point scrapped together from a few of its cute girls.
